Depending on whether you are a visitor, a collaborator, or a producer, we collect and use different types of information from and about you such as:

Identity Data: including your legal name, stage name, username or similar identifier, social media identifiers, social security number or employer identification number, foreign tax identification number, government-issued photo identification, date of birth, gender, signed written consents, selfie photo, and voice and image (in any content that you upload or transmit). Through the user validation and profile setup process, we may also confirm you are in fact an online content creator or producer.
Location and IP Location Data: including the state of your address, the location of the collab, and the IP address of the collaborator.
Contact Data: including postal address, email address, and telephone numbers.
Financial Data: including bank or other payment account and payment card details. We store only limited, if any, Financial Data. Otherwise, our payment processor stores all Financial Data, and we encourage you to review their privacy policy and contact them directly for responses to your questions.
Contract Data: including details about agreements to and from you and other collaborators you have documented through our Website.
Health Data: including STI testing requirements and whether or not you completed the test prior to the shoot day if required as part of a collaboration workflow.
Affiliate Data: including whether or not you used a discount code, purchased products/services, or subscribed to services of an affiliate of the Company.
Technical Data: including internet protocol (IP) address, ISP name, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices you use to access our Website.
Device Data: including the type of mobile device (“Device”) you use, a unique device identifier (for example, your Device’s IMEI number, the MAC address of the Device’s wireless network interface, or the mobile phone number used by the Device), mobile network information, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile browser you use, time zone setting, and IP address.
Content Data: including photos, video footage, audio (for example, music and other sounds), data, text (including comments and hashtags), metadata, images, interactive features, emojis, GIFs, memes, and any other material you upload on or through our Website. Please remember Content Data you upload might reveal personal information about yourself, including identifying information about yourself depicted in any Content Data.
Profile Data: including your username and password (including password hints and other information for authentication and account access), any images or URLs to other collabs, your status as a collaborator, your interests, preferences, feedback, and survey responses. Some information you choose to give us may be considered “special” or “sensitive” in certain jurisdictions, for example, your sex life and sexual orientation. Further, as part of becoming a ‘Verified’ collaborator, we may ascertain whether you are a registered sex offender and the fact you are not will be part of your profile. By choosing to submit special or sensitive information, you hereby consent to our processing of that information in accordance with this Policy.
Usage Data: including information about how you use our Website, products, and services.
Third-Party Login Data: includes your email address, username, and password if you choose to link a third-party account with us to facilitate account creation and logon process.
Marketing and Communications Data: including your preferences in receiving marketing from us and your communication preferences.

We also collect, use, and share Aggregated Data including statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Aggregated Data could be derived from your personal information but is not considered personal information in law as this information will not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your Usage Data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific website feature. However, if we combine or connect Aggregated Data with your personal information so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, we treat the combined data as personal information that will be used under this privacy policy.

We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health, and genetic and biometric data) unless you voluntarily provide it. Please note that submitting health information related to a shoot may become the record associated with a collab and it may be shared and stored in that limited context.

We do not collect or store your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their privacy policy. These third-party payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council.

Where we need to collect personal information by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you and you do not provide that information when requested, we might not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with goods or services). In this case, we may have to cancel a product or service you have with us, but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.

We are based in the United States of America and at present, we expect all of our Users are based in the USA and only accessing the Website from within the USA. We may charge you a fee to access your personal information or data (contracts, footage, Form 2257s, etc.), however, we will notify you of any fee in advance.
